What is the category in Global keywords?

Hi all,

In user guide, I don't see anything mention about Global keywords in admin login. I have Added a few category in Global keywords. But I am not sure where it is use?

Please advice.

1) If your role is administrator you can define Global keywords that you can set to your documents in Edit Document -> Use predefined keywords. Global keywords are visible for everyone.

2) You can also define Personal keywords for personal categories to use by your own.
3) Keywords helps you to find documents in Search form.
