When documents are expired what i have to do with them: I can't open their properties information, can't delete them. Information about their review/approve also stay in DMS :\

What is the purpose of expire function?

This is only the bug, here is the solution SOLVED - Expired documents bug

Expiration sets the last date of review/approve of the document.
